Dr. Katz and his staff are very professional but also very comfortable to work with, including the front office ladies. I live far away but decided not to look for a dentist closer to me because he is worth traveling for.
Have been seeing Dr. Katz for 9 years now, thank you Dr. Katz & Co!

It's a great place to get your teeth worked on. However, give it about a few months and then you receive a bill in the mail for some balance, even though you paid in full when you were there. Now, the explanation was that due to the insurance not covering some minimal amount, making it worth it to ruin a good reputation by sending me a bill 5-6 months after. The lady on the phone said that I just paid the estimate, and not the actual amount. So why would this place misquote their customers? I've been to a few dentists, and never has this happened to me, where I paid in full after the procedure was done, and then get another bill 5-6 months later. Unbelievable. Even though the dentist does great work on teeth for what you came in for, be careful of additional recommendations for extra($$$) work as it is not necessary to get right away(ex. root canal, crown, etc.),that's if your teeth don't hurt. Am I going to be looking for a new dentist? Mostly like yes, until this place gets their billing straightened out. Remember, I wasn't looking for a freebie, as I paid over $500 to that place, the 5-6 months later bill was minimal, but it's the principal that counts.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need?
Yes, I trust them
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
