I love Dr. Jennings and his staff has always been wonderful and accommodating to me! I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was referred to his office by a friend who raved about him.

I was referred here by a co-worker a couple years ago. I feel confident I made the right choice with Dr. Jennings since my first appointment with him. He & his staff are always friendly & do a great job. They even worked me in quickly one day when I was hurting, figured out the source (a cracked molar) after a thorough exam, & fixed the problem in a timely (& pain-free) manner. They are always so careful and meticulous. They are extremely reliable. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment method. I have never had them cancel on me & they always send me a reminder for my appointment.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.

Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The billing procedures to our insurance company continually had to be resubmitted due to an error in coding on their part. It was a nightmare to have to recreate every procedure. There were extreme differences in the amount billed and the amount submitted to the insurance as well.
