She is very relaxed and well spoken. She listens to what you have to say and develops a treatment plan with you for you. You can tell her anything. She is very flexible.

Annette is a wonderful practitioner. She's well spoken, relaxed, and she is very good at explaining things. She goes at your pace with treatment, and she uses very small needles that you can barely feel. I've been to Annette for all sorts of ailments (mostly migraines), and I always feel like a new person afterward.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
