They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice from another provider, even though they knew they should. I the future I hope to see someone that considers my health more important than always having an answer. I was very uncomfortable with the amount of foul language they used. I wish they had been more professional. I was a little overwhelmed by the fragrance worn by the acupuncturist. It was kind of strong and kept me from relaxing. They really made it seem like they did not welcome questions. I felt uncomfortable asking them anything.

Carin brought me up from a very depressed, over medicated, hardly can move kind of pain. it was not just her expertise as an acupuncturist, but mostly her caring and humanity that made a difference. she really took pity on me and was/is genuinely interested in helping me recover my pre-pain life. Carin used any means available (supplements, alternative treatments, recommendations to other professionals) to help me rise above the malaise that had become my life. THANK YOU CARIN!!!

They told me exactly what I could expect from my treatment, and everything they said was completely accurate. I appreciated that they didn't promise me anything they couldn't fulfill. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been to. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
