They keep the restrooms well-stocked here. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them just one time. All of my questions were answered, and I definitely feel much more confident and hopeful about my health. My acupuncturist Dr. Chang is exceptional in skills and demeanor. I can't thank them enough for all their help.

Yes
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
Did the needles hurt?
Not at all, they were great! I couldn't feel a thing
