It has been several years since acupuncture treatment by Dr. Krofcheck, but at the time I felt the treatment was doing some good for my sleep disorder. The problem has worsened again in the past year or so, so I am going back for further treatment.

Their treatment rooms were fantastic. They were huge, very spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was glad that they reviewed my medical history before I started my treatment. I wouldn't trust them to give my the right treatment if they didn't know anything about me. I appreciated them taking the time to look into my medical history. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
I had to wait for a little while.
