Acupuncturists differ in their technique, manner, and approach to treating specific issues. I have been to several acupuncturists and Bella Mosenkis is one of the best. She is a very knowledgeable, gentle, caring practitioner who does everything she can to address my health issues. I have had excellent results from my treatments and nearly always leave feeling better than when I walked in. The office is cozy, clean, and uplifting, and is a more positive place than many other doctor's offices I have been to. I feel very at home and cared for in Bella's care. She is especially skilled at treating women's issues, in my opinion.

The one star review below makes no apparent sense. It must be referring to a separate clinic. This clinic as far as I could tell is run only by Bella. There is no "they", just her. I have received acupuncture from Bella for years and she always provided the most compassionate and professional care. I would recommend this to anybody who is willing to give acupuncture a try. It works.

This was my first time experience and I have to tell you: they exceeded my expectations. Everything in the clinic is organized and clean. I felt comfortable talking about my problems with Bella and she was very attentive to my needs. The procedures were done very careful and painless. I have experienced acupuncture procedures years ago and thought I will never do it again. Bella brought me back on my feet and I am very thankful to her professional skills that allow me to enjoy life again!

Bella was rude and arrogant on the phone and not much better in person. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached the clinic. I honestly don't think I would recommend them to anyone else. My experience was not that great.
