Stay away..........it was appointment from hell. They staff was friendly until I asked some questions, they turned on me. I refuse to call him dr, he was 20 minutes late the first time. 45 minutes late the second. He was not honest about his bill until I stopped going. At that time, I found out he what he really charges. I hurt so much more after I saw him.

Run, google, find anyone else.

Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me
customer is always right
Absolutely not! They never listen to client complaints and argue with them
Were the herbs the acupuncturist gave you effective?
Not at all. They made my symptoms worse

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not very well; I had to really look for it before I found it

Dr. Alderman treated me for hand and arm pain over a period of
10 weeks. I am very familiar with acupuncture treatment and I believe
Dr. Alderman both knowledgeable and sensitive to his patients needs.
I am pleased with the services he provided for me,.
