My first appt with her was excellant! My 2nd appt was horrible. She never told me what she was treating or why. She stuck a needle in my big toe and almost instantly I got very emotionally upset and the distress continued for over 1 1/2 hrs. She had to call in a therapist to "calm me down". Not long after that appt I received a card inviting me to come in for a 50% discount on my appt if I brought in items for their food drive. I scheduled the appt and drove over an hour to come to it. After waiting for about 1/2 an hour in the waiting room I asked the receptionist how much longer before I was going to be able to go in for my appt. She asked me to wait a moment, went in the back and when she returned, said Jocelyn was not going to see me and didin't want me to come back anymore. I can only assume that this cowardly women didn't like that I had taken up a patient room for longer than my scheduled appointment and all my crying that she caused in me, was upsetting other patients and I was not good for business. Dispite that this happened several years ago, it still upsets me to read these reviews that people think she is so wonderful. To me, the true judge of a persons character is how they behave when things don't go as intended. It's obvious to me that her first priority is her bottom line, not her patient care because she never had the professional courtesy to speak to me personally. and showed no concern of the distress she caused for me that day. I find her incredibly unprofessional, inconsiderate and disingenuous. BUYER BEWARE.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I would have preferred more of an in-depth explanation. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. I felt like she was all about the money and over sold how "sick" I am to sell me pills and visits to the clinic.
