Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Right off the bat I noticed that the clinic smells fantastic inside. They must clean or sanitize all the time or have some great fragrance. I was so impressed with the level of knowledge they had about Chinese herbal medicine. Karen has a light touch so I was never uncomfortable at any time. SHe's also just a great human being too - I would highly recommend her.

Yes, they always put clients first

Yes. It was obvious that they all respected one another.
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
