I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were ready to see me as soon as I showed up for my appointment. I wasn't kept waiting, which was nice. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.
