Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.
