He is fine for a basic eye check-up, have gone to him for several years, but gets obviously agitated when we choose to just get the RX and purchase our glasses and contacts at a more reasonable place. He made my daughter feel very uncomfortable concerning this subject. Also, during the examination he left my daughter waiting while he gossiped/chatted with other clients and employees. He didn't do his full examination which includes dilation, but my insurance was charged full price. My daughters eyes have gotten worse by the year and I feel this is neglect on his part. Contacts prices are high and can be purchased online cheaper for the exact products. Will be switching Doctors for next year visit.
