we have been seeing Dr Swinford for several years and never have we had any complaints about his service, his knowledge or his staffs knowledge. He works with our insurance we get good looking glasses at a reasonable price, something we need when three of us in the household use glasses.

The doctor is competent and friendly, the staff is very helpful and very good at fitting glasses. Have used them for many years and feel fortunate for their service. Their Saturday hours are appreciated.

I don't understand how staff can facilitate false information to the end of bringing people into their office. I called more than once and spoke with someone who represented herself as knowledgeable. I asked for my part on two routine eye exams and heard one story. When I got there as asked I heard another story. The end result, I walked out and felt used. Do they really think I'm going to pay double per their in-house policy of saying one thing and then acting out another thing? I give up on them and hope you don't find yourself in this type-predicament, ever.
