Will wait a while even if you have an appointment at a specific time. FEW choices of frames available. Will call you and tell you your glasses are ready to be picked up but will be damaged once you get there. Frames were re-ordered but ETA was weeks off. Prescriptions were incorrect. Staff did not apologize at all. Lack of very basic customer service. Overall treatment was horrible and quality of care is just as bad. Staff and Doctor seem uninformed on how to treat patients who they obviously inconvenienced. In the end, waited 4 weeks, paid quite a sum even with insurance and did not get correct glasses or contacts. Do not go here if you want to be respected, not lied to... and if you want to see.
