I still go to Dr. Brown even though I have moved 2 hours away because he is so thorough and makes me feel very comfortable. The office staff that works for Dr. Brown however is not as friendly and pleasant as he is. My biggest complaint is that everytime I have an appointment, I am there for 2 hours. Dr. Brown spends as much time as needed with his patients which is good for those patients, however I do not always have that much time to spend waiting for an eye exam.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had
