What reputable business puts a 6 month expiration date on a gift certificate?! Upon realizing my gift certificate would be expiring in the next 2 weeks, I called to schedule my appointment. I got what seemed to be a busy signal, gave it a couple minutes and tried again, still nothing. I repeated the process the next day and still to no avail. Getting desperate, I searched the internet hoping they had an email I could try. I shared my concern on their "contact us" website feature and have yet to hear back from them. I tried last Friday and was told by their manager CARMEN they would give me the "courtesy" of extending my certificate for 20% of its value because its the policy and they have rules. Upon explaining the hurdles I had to go through to get in touch with the "spa" she stated I could speak to the person in charge of their website but they NEVER have issues with the phone and ALWAYS reply to the emails... basically telling me I'm dumb or crazy or maybe both!

The manager CARMEN was rude and clearly doesn't have the slightest clue what it means to work in a service oriented industry. Good customer service = good word of mouth = $$$, bad customer service will destroy your business. I intend to tell everyone that I know the TERRIBLE experience I had with IMAGOS, if their staff and facility is anything like their manager, its a miracle they are still in business.

No, they could have used some continuing education

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant?
Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around
