Charlotte is a hair genius. My 22yo daughter introduced me to her about 6 months ago and I have never been happier with a stylist. I have thick, wavy greying brown hair and have struggled to style it my whole life. Charlotte took one look at the condition of my hair, took me to the back and gave me the best color I've ever had. GONE was the brassy look I'd been getting from boxed color. She added a couple of highlights and GONE was the shoe polish look. WHEW.I believe that you don't know how well you can trust your hairdresser until you have a problem. The cut she gave me about 3 weeks ago was hard for me to style. So I went back this Sunday and she re-cut it at no charge. It is fantastic now! Charlotte is the best!
