They charged my credit card without my authorization for $250 after a $50 consultation. Their surgeon also didn't disclose that he is not board eligible to perform surgery and he was reprimanded by the Maryland board of medicine. Details here: https://www.mbp.state.md.us/bpqapp/PProfile.asp. He is not a plastic surgeon and the board made him remove any statements saying he is and to remove "MD" after his name.

They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Was not happy with the service. This was a deal I got through Capitol deal for lazer hair removal for my 17 year old daughter. The doctor was too rough with her and would not let her take a break through the process. She was in pain and started crying!!! Will never go back!!! Did get my refund!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
