Perfunctory staff and managment that is less then helpful.

I would not recommend this health club to ANYONE. My husband and I were members there and hated it so much so that I actually stopped working out. The equipment is not kept clean, which is funny because they have signs up all over stating how important cleanliness is to them. My husband purchased a gift certificate for a massage from the spa as a gift for me (I really wish he had purchased it from somewhere else). I tried to call and schedule an appointment four times and couldn't even speak to someone that could look at the scheduling book. When I complained about this issue and asked for our money back, they couldn't have cared less and refused to give us our money back. We have filed a civil suit to get our money back. Crazy I know, but at this point it is the principle of the matter, and honestly I hate this facility and the treatment that we have received from one of the owners so much that I am willing to spend the money to take them to court. Your money, like ours, is better spent elsewhere.
