Joined gym, signed appropriate paperwork as I have been doing for the last 25 years at gyms north to south Cali and AZ as well. Due a variety of circumstance, only went about 4 times in 6 weeks. My check for "processing" and first month's dues was processed by my bank, but somehow the account number was screwed up afterwards. I was subsequently denied entry by a hostile front desk bouncer for unpaid dues and after an escalating exchange he called me an ugly old b****h. He informed me they don't want ugly old people like me in the gym. He supposedly filled out a membership cancellation form, but despite that and also being called by the owner, Molly, and informed that I "crossed the line when I called her employee an idiot", and that she was definitely cancelling the membership with no recourse or discussion, somehow ABC financial is persistently dunning me. Two thumbs and all fingers and toes down. I have given it one star cause there is no option for no stars.
