They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. During my massage, I asked them to change their technique a little. They changed it right away, and adjusted the massage to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. As far as massages go this is one of the best ones I have ever had. I plan on telling everyone I know about this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
