They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Before they started my massage, they asked me how I preferred to have my massage done, to make sure they gave me exactly what I was looking for. They really care about giving their clients the best massage possible. I wanted them to change their technique a little during my massage, and as soon as I asked them, they changed it right away. I really appreciated that they listened to my feedback.
