Horrible management espcially the office manager Sarit Marcino. Very rude and aggressive and extremly bad service.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to finally find a massage therapist that really goes out of their way to make you feel valued and important. They were so friendly that I felt like I could be one of their closest friends and it helped me feel relaxed immediately. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. I was a little worried that they would end my massage early, because I've had that happen at other places, but they didn't at all. They gave me a very long massage, and it was fantastic. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. As far as massages go this is one of the best ones I have ever had. I plan on telling everyone I know about this place. A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I was amazed by how clean their sheets were. They looked brand new. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
