Received a gift card for Christmas and recently used it. Probably the worst "spa" experience of my life. Receptionist's attitude was short and felt bitter; overall negative atmosphere and not relaxing. Also, the place looks run down and isn't in the best area (with a name like Angel's Touch, in the area it is in, one could legitimately wonder if a happy ending is included). Would rather pay a little extra to go somewhere that is nice, relaxing, and has quality therapists (these are like Massage Envy rejects here).

They dismissed my concerns of paying for and not getting their services. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my inquiry and provide me with the opportunity to use what I paid for. They won't even give me the time of day. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my call to them. It is a big deal, because I have lost funds that I can't afford to loose. If their customer service is this bad, then their services and massages must be horrible!!

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!
Did the massage therapist use quality oils during your massage?
Definitely! They used very expensive oils that smelled fantastic
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Yes, I was completely at ease
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
