Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Yes, I had to wait forever.

No, they are almost always unavailable
Did this massage therapist knock before entering the massage room?
No, they just came in without asking if I was ready
Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines?
Not at all! They were boring and outdated
Does this provider always put the customer first?
Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves
