They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. My last massage there was very nice, but it could have been better. I was hoping for a deeper massage and they didn't apply very much pressure. But I put that off to over-worked hands. Let's face it, you can only kneed so many people's muscles before they get tired. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.
