I have been suffering from chronic neck and back pain from a car accident many years ago. I have had several treatments with Catherine over the past several months. Being an energy facilitator myself, I feel her ability to know where the body needs to be treated. The home exercises she has taught me have helped relieve the pain associated with my years of chronic pain. Thank you Catherine!

This woman is so very knowledgable. She was singlehandedly able to help me thorugh a very painful period where each doctor i visited dealt with only one aspect of the problem. Ms Stapelton dealt with the body as a whole and as a result helped me get control of the situation that was causing so much pain.

I have been going to Catherine for a number of years now. I trust her completely and let her do whatever she feels my body and mind needs at any of my given appointments with her. In a word, she is uniquely gifted and completely in-tune with what is going on with each of her clients. There was one noteable instance where I had been experiencing intense neck pain and stiffness for 10 days. I went to multiple doctors, got an MRI, was given percoset, etc. Nothing helped. Finally I realized that I should have just gone straight to Catherine (even though my insurance unfortunately won't cover the massage fee).

During that appointment with Catherine I was laying on my back while she worked on the back of my neck. Suddenly without warning I began to cry very strongly...not due to pain, but because Catherine had obviously 'released something'. I just let it all out, and then she continued with the massage. At the end I just looked at her and said "that was amazing'. And when I stood up, I realized that a full 60% of my neck mobility had returned to me, after just that one hour massage. That was quite amazing, especially considering how much pain and stiffness I had just an hour before....

I would recommend Catherine to anybody without question.
