My husband and I really benefited from working with Beverly on our exercise and nutrition. With just a few small changes in our diet and lifestyle we've both lost fifteen pounds in six months and feel healthier than we have in years! She reviewed our medical files, went over all of our blood tests and history and customized a plan for us. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nutritionist.
