DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE BEFORE EVEN CONSIDERING SEEING COLLEEN!

This was my first time seeing a nutritionist and it was THE worst healthcare visit I have ever had. Colleen is extremely rude and unprofessional and had nothing to offer with respect to nutrition that I am not already doing.

The worst part was reading the information she put in my healthcare portal!

She COMPLETELY lied about some things (fabricating things she supposedly reviewed, such as "my plate" - we NEVER even discussed it - had to google it when I read it in her notes!). She wrote about discussing recommendations that we never discussed.

Then, she contradicted herself in her notes as well - for example - in one section entering my height and weight, and in another typing "there is no height or weight on file to calculate BMI" and "no height and weight on file for this encounter".

She also wrote in my healthcare portal that I was referred by my doctor for evaluation of obesity - I flat out told her that I decided to seek help on my own - my doctor had nothing to do with me seeing her. I seriously think she must copy and paste her notes from one patient to another!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO HER AGAIN. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - WASTE OF TIME - WASTE OF MONEY - LEFT COMPLETELY AGGRAVATED AND NONE THE WISER ABOUT NUTRITION.
