I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They have always got me back where I needed to be and out of pain. Thanks Dr. Ballard

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this chiropractor's office?
Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
