I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have been a patient of Dr. Benassi's for 15 years now and she has helped me through some extremely difficult neck and lower back issues. I would never consider going anywhere else for my family's chiropractic needs!

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Please, call th office to get the correct address for Dr. Benassi. it is 731 Bielenberg Dr., Suite 101, Woodbury, MN 55125. The receptionist gladly gave me the correct address and clear directions!

I am surprised at the review of the unhappy patient. Dr. Benassi has been very helpful in checking my insurance coverage and making sure I have coverage . My neck locks up, is extremely hard to adjust and some chiropractors have simply been unable to adjust it. Dr. Benassi has almost always gotten it adjusted and the few times it didn't move I was too tense and didn't take the time to do the electrical massage.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
