I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I love about Robert Hulbert, DC, QME, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
