Dr Thomas seems to think that he can fix anything. He tried telling me he could fix my sons reflux with adjustments. It didn't work. He's not very personal and very self entered. I would not recommend this place

From the moment Dr. Thomas walked in to talk with me in his whisper
voice, I felt uncomfortable. The whole conversation felt staged and
strange. I thought it very unprofessional that he make a reference to God in relationship to my health without knowing my views!
AND then to tell me because my energy channel was blocked,
this caused me to become unhealthy(referring to the breast cancer I had a year ago).
On a positive note- I HIGHLY recommend Andrea for massage therapy-she is very skilled and has helped me a lot!

My friends recommended me to see Dr. Thomas after I was rear ended in a car accident and got stiff neck and back pain. I called Dr. Thomas and got in the same day for check up and X-rays. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. The first time I met Dr. Thomas was on the second visit. First, he lectured the concept of chiropractic in a group setting that I enjoyed the knowledge very much. Then he showed me my X-rays and explained the problems on neck, spine and pelvic. They are obvious to me on the X-rays. After the first adjustment, I felt a lot better and could turn my neck around freely. I also used ThermoCare neck patch and Icy Hot patch to help relax my still muscles. I'm now doing 3 visits a week and do assigned exercises twice a day. I feel a lot better than 2 weeks ago. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I like the self help system there that each patient grab his/her own chart and place in the holder where an adjust bed is available. You can do your exercise while you are waiting in line. This way the turnover rate is high and both doctor and patient's time is used efficiently. The place is crowded with patients at 5 pm, especially on Fridays. Do early morning adjustments if you can to save time and get the full attention. I have my whole family going in for adjustments including my parents of 80+ years age. We are all looking forward to improved quality of life ahead. Thanks Dr. Thomas.

Not at all! They exceeded my expectations

Sometimes, but most of the time they don't
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
