BEWARE: Went here when I had a LOT of lower back pain, Fall 2012. They did 'complimentary' xrays, evaluation etc. I was told what my Insurance wouldnt pay for their services was about $1200, so that was my responsibility to pay, to start treatment. When I told them that was a deal-breaker, they quickly reduced it to $500 for my out-of-pocket share. BEWARE: I let them sucker me into 90 days, 3 times per week of treatments for low back pain. They did Balance and Nerve Sensitivy testing, which was good. But, the entire staff there was quite young, and in no way could possibly relate to an 'older persons' aches and pains from arthritis, accidents, and wear and tear on ones body. Although they were 'reasonably nice and caring,' it became evident to me this place was ALL ABOUT THE PROFIT, and much less about the care! After 90 days of Chiropractic treatment (which by the way, their methodology is a joke), Physical therapy, & limited strength training, I wasnt in much less pain than before the 90 days, and my $500 out of pocket. After leaving there, I eventually found a GREAT Personal Fitness Trainer/Nutritionist - and am in SO MUCH LESS PAIN, AM MUCH STRONGER, and on a wonderful nutrition plan, for weight loss and lowering internal Body Inflammation. *** ENTER THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK & BE PREPARED TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY - FOR VERY LITTLE RESULTS!!

I was given my test results from the Office Manager..doesn't that say it all. Why is the Doctor not the one supplying me with information on my health. Instead it was the girl in charge of office supplies that tells me my spine is out of line.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.
