They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful.

Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so happy with the care I got here that I have already told multiple people about it. They deserve all the recommendations in the world.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment.
