Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Not only did I have less pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. John made sure every single question I had was answered, and he is always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am always impressed with the progress I make after visiting him. I consider him a partner in my health care, helping me to manage a mid-life auto-immune flare up. I've avoided a couple of "here, take this pill for that" offered by traditional MD to manage new complaints through chiropractic adjustment and John's research. Thanks, John!

I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciated the fact that they invested in the most comfortable, luxurious chairs I could imagine. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
