They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
Your not just a patient when you visit this office, they treat you like a friend. They have been extremely helpful and understanding.

Dr. Mark Paunicka.who is my very close and personal friend, introduced me to Chiropractic care many, many years ago, and I truly believe in it. Although I am normally unable to visit this office, since I live in South Bend, Indiana, I do frequent a Chiropractor close to me who also practices the Gonstead technique which Dr. Paunicka does. I totally recommend Dr. Paunicka for complete Chiropractic care along with the integrity and honesty he displays.

The doctor and staff were very friendly and helpful. I was "cured" after one treatment! But I went back a couple extra times to make sure all was setting properly. Great experience!

They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.
