They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
I first saw Dr sparks after I had already had two back surgeries. I could hardly walk. I am much better now and so thankful to Dr Sparks.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr Sparks took lots of time and told me all my options. He told me about my insurance ,or lack of it in my case. I did not get any surprises. I felt that he was really interested in my case even though he was busy he answered all my questions. I had been to another chiropractor in town and he had his stsff do my exam then tell me about my xrays. That was not right, Dr. Sparks did everything his self. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment.
