I became interested in chiropractic care after reading on the internet that it can help those with spinal curvatures. I was previously told by another doctor that my condition would get worse as I got older and nothing could be done about it. That made me upset and scared, afraid that I would eventually end up in a wheelchair and not be able to do my favorite activities any more. My mom saw an ad in the paper for a special price on X-rays at Zehr's Chiropractic and so I decided to give them a try and find out if my condition was treatable. Dr. Plemon was my chiropractor and explained to me what subluxations were and took X-rays of my neck and spine. I came back a few days later to see the X-rays and was very nervous about seeing them because I was thinking I had a lot of damage in my back. The doctor explained in detail about what was wrong and I was able to see my X-rays and saw that it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was having neck pain but after my Atlas was put back in place, the pain went away! I like that I don't have to have my neck cracked and that the adjustments are gentle and painless. Now my spine is a lot straighter than it was. If a person is dealing with back or neck pain, they should see a good chiropractor like this one instead of getting addicted to pain killing drugs which do nothing but cause other problems.

They went over my X-Rays with me in detail. I felt much more comfortable beginning treatment knowing exactly what was wrong with me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Their phone etiquette is great, I am never on hold for too long and the staff is very helpful. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others.

I was in a lot of pain during my 1st visit. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door and was shocked by the treatment. I was expecting him to crack all the bones in my body and was actually a bit mad when all he did was tonk me on the nape of my neck with this metal tool. ( I had never been to any kind of chiropractor in my life)
So, I kept waiting for the painfull part. The part where he would "adjust me"
When I realized my appointment was done and got into my car. . . I half thought about storming back into the offce and demanding an explanation. For the 1st time in 3 weeks I looked to my left to reach for my car door handle. Shocked I was not in insane pain. . . I just smiled and drove away!
I continued treatment for 2 more months and have been great for years. Now I have a recent fall that has caused extreme back pain and arm numbness, burning and pain. I can't wait to have that immidate relief.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One thing I love about this provider, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
