I was very numb when I left my appointment. It scared me to death and I'm never going back. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.

Yes! I definitely didn't think I'd see positive results

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
A little, it was faint but I noticed one
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!
