The music they played here was downright irritating and gave me a headache. I would have preferred absolute silence to that noise. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting.
