As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable.
