Dr. Frank is an absolute gem! In this day of pushing through patients and not listening to them, he was the first one I spoke to on my first visit. He took all my medical issues and x-rays, when I could not get my primary doctor or the emergency room to even listen. I went to him on the advice of my son and after 3 months of shoulder/back pain. My pain has decreased dramatically, I feel much better and even the whooshing noise in my ear is gone! If you have not tried a chiropractor for your needs, this would be the one to go to. He is always happy and his staff is wonderful. It is a process and you do need to follow and listen to his direction but everything he has said has been spot on. Try it!

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was amazed at how much better I felt after my adjustments. I was worried that my adjustments were going to be painful but they were extremely careful. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Dr (Brian) Frank really loves what he does, and it shows! I've been to several chiropractors over the years, and none have been as enthusiastic and focused on actually solving problems for the long run. You don't get the sense that he's in it for the money, or trying to get you to schedule more appointments than necessary.

I only go in for occasional treatment when I know something's out of whack, and he always takes care of it in one or two treatments.

I know many of his patients, and none of them would ever go anywhere else.
