They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Not only did I have no more pain after my adjustment, but I felt great afterward. I definitely saw a huge difference. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster, although I never ever had to wait more than a couple of minutes.. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Some of my medication, but not all
