Allover Dr Soffer did a very clear informed consent giving me the options of care for my condition and the pros and cons. I was able to chose with his guidance methods that were the most safe and effective to help manage or resolve my problems. He was very hands on. He made out calls on several occasions to met both my schedule and physical challenges for a nominal fee!
