I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They were so skilled and knowledgeable, and even customized their adjustments to meet my specific condition. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me.

The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They have completely eliminated my need for pain medication and enhanced my overall well-being. I feel better than ever.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted
