I still use just as much pain medication now as I did before my chiropractic treatments. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. They kept pressuring me to open a credit card. I really feel like they are only in it to make money. Theyt told me they would help me even if they had to take a loss, but when I told them I couldn't afford to continue seeing them because my husband lost his job, they dropped me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. they tried to convince me to open a credit card and get in more debt. they told me to put myself in front of my family. they lied about my insurance deductable, told me it was the same in and out of network and it is not the same! when confronted about all my issues their they basically told me tough shit....

Not only did they not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had found them at the Hanover Mall and was pulled aside and was told that I would only pay $20 for my first visit. When I got there for my first appointment not only did I have to wait forever to be seen by a doctor. I then found out that I had to pay 200 out of pocket for my x-rays then had to pay $60 just to be seen by the doctor. At the mall they told me that my insurance would cover my visits. But when i came in for my first appointment I was told that they were an out of net work practice and that all types of insurances wouldn't be accepted at all. They sat me in an office and moved me around to different ones until someone came in and talked to me about my xray results. I had many things wrong with me and if i didnt schedule 3 appointments a week that i would never recover or get better. They tried to convince me to pull money off my mortgage or Line of Credit in order to pay for the $5000 dollars i would have to pay to see the doctor and get better. Please this practice is not worth your time! There are other options and I wouldnt want anyone to go through what I had to myself.
