Andrew is absolutely wonderful! I have been going to the Franklin Clinic for about 3 years now and he has helped me, guided me, encounter me and spent the time with me at my appointments and is very caring with a great bedside manner. I Have been through a lot of ups and downs the last couple of months and he always has great advice and I walk out of my monthly appointment satisfied each month. Andrew is great!!! I definitely recommend seeing him!!!!

The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had with this wonderful doctor. Their equipment was very advanced and modern. I was impressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I almost always get the appointment time I want. The Doctors in here are friendly and so kind and answer all questions, they make you feel like your important and that they care about getting you better.

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

I waited forever for my appointment!

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
