I've been there going there for years. The front office is and has always been extremely amazing. They've changed receptionist from the last time I was there but they were both really nice. Jose and Stephanie have been there for years and they always seem to make all their patients happy. Dr bullock is great always knows how to fix me up.

I was seen at this office a couple of times before. The staff is friendly, I was pleased with the customer service. The front office was quick to give me an appointment. The manager was really nice too. The MA's the Dr.bullock has are professional. I had avoid drawn and they had no problem at all unlike other offices. I did wait quite a bit due to the doctor being late from lunch. Which has happened a couple of times before. There's another thing I didn't like. There's a chiropractor there also and he went into my room with the dr which happens to be his father. Now I was upset at the fact that the chiropractor went into my room without asking. Which from what I know he isn't supposed to be in the room since he's not the doctor seeing the patients and that is invasion of privacy. In my point of view from being there for a couple of hours, you can tell the staff isn't appreciated there. They work hard and are always very courteous to me.

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
